The kids had a wonderful time! The staff was fun and interactive with the kids. Also, the customer service was excellent! Can't wait to go back for Skyfit class!
Very nice looking place but the line took forever, and then was redirected to the computers to register and lost my place. Then had to wait through another line while others cut! They could easily rearrange it so people come to the computers first. At this point, really don't care if the kids have fun.
Easy to set up for birthday packages. Parents love having a space and time for little ones to jump without worrying about the bigger kids knocking anyone over. The birthday package was pretty much all inclusive. It was fairly early at 9 am but sugaring up the kids with cake that early counts as breakfast, right? :) The staff were very friendly and made all the kids feel comfortable. They offered water for the parents and checked in with us throughout to make sure things were going well. Highly recommend.
Incredibly fun and very enjoyable for people of all shapes and sizes. It was probably one of the most fun places I had ever been! There are lots of people, who really help lighten the mood and make you feel loose and free all day or night long. I would definitely recommend it, and if you do come at night on Fridays and Saturdays, Skyzon Glow (everyone gets neon t-shirts and all the lights are turned off so all you can see is the shirts if people), is the perfect time to come. Go you will have great time!
The staff are very friendly and helpful to the parents. My kids have so much fun while there. The staff interact and play with the kids also.
