Will I recommend the challenge to a friend...no. Like I said there's no gym life balance. Will I recommend the gym (for HIIT workouts) to friend...yes. The training crew is great. You get lots of support during workouts but I'd recommend to seek a dietitian for a realistic eating plan.

I've lost 44.1 lbs in 12 week. This is amazing camp if you are willing to make a life chamge

I loved what the camp was all about. The problem is that they stated free, but you are investing about $500.00 to lose your target weight loss. You are supposed to get it back once you have hit your target. I just don't feel comfortable giving that much money away.

Best decision I EVER made Starting The 6 Week Challenge. Its Hard/Challenging and So much fun! Trainers are incredibly supportive/Funny and truly care about your process. Also met great New people who share the same goals. TRUST THE PROCESS!

If you follow the food plan to a T (FTDI) you'll be ok in making your initial weight loss goals. But the plan is not practical to do for extended periods of time. Your body doesn't have enough time to reciprocate from any injuries and/or fatigue. If you're in the "challenge" you're required to check in 30 times within a 6 week period. That's working out 5 times a week. That's a lot to do with balancing work family and etc.

For women who have to lose only 40 lbs for a challenge I recommend not to do it. I recommend to just workout there and eat on the meal plan and lose on your own time line.
