JAY IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE IN THIS STORE. I just left the store. I love the place. But no other employees would help us. For real. Very rude to the point that I became rude. Jay helped me find everything I needed and even took me to the other side of the store to find something. A++++ JAY. Also 5 stars it is a lovely store with great products. Bad staff though.
The Home Depot on Wilson Mills is a 5 star experience compared to the one close to my home. (I live in Cleveland Hts). I had Ray who went out if his way to help me as well as others offering assistance. It might just be worth the drive to make this my go to HD.

Toby was a fantastic associate. After the store manager helped me locate the coroplast boards I was looking for, Toby cut and scored them for me in the EXACT dimensions I needed. He quickly guessed that I was building the base of a guinea pig cage, because he had experience assisting other customers with similar projects. He was knowledgeable and so detail oriented. Measured twice and cut once and it was perfect. He completed this project in about 20 minutes, which would've likely taken me 2 hours. I am VERY thankful for his outstanding customer service!
I was buying tile for bathroom remodel. The man in the tile dept. Was fantastic! He gave Great customer svc. He was hauling heavy boxes of tile for me and my sister. He even has find two extra boxes. He helped with calculations -just so helpful and friendly.
